Responsibilities :

  • Manage office filing system

  • Attending and replying to correspondences, letters, faxes, bills, etc.

  • General administrative functions including answering phone calls, arranging travel bookings and reservations, etc.

  • Other miscellaneous job functions as may be required.

Requirements :

  • Candidate to have at least passed SPM or relevant certificate in Secretary and/or Office Administration skills.

  • At least one (1) year relevant working experience.

  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.

  • Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to read and write Mandarin will be an advantage.

  • Energetic, motivated and able to work independently.

  • Preferred age 21 - 30.
