Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and document HR business requirements and processes.

  • Source, gather, analyze and interpret relevant data and statistics for account management.

  • Creating/innovate and providing the best industrial practice input for HR technical and functional proposal.

  • Conduct meeting and sales activity.

  • Proposal write up and preparation.

  • Able to articulate and prepare sales presentation.

  • Achieve sales target.


Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (HR knowledge would be value added)

  • Minimum of 1 years of relevant IT/HR experience. Fresh Graduate encourages to apply.

  • A sound technical, process and procedure knowledge.

  • Ability to work in teams as well as alone.

  • Able to translate HR business process to technical functions.

  • Able to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis.

  • Able to speak effectively and present work processes to a group of audience.

  • Good organizing skills and ensure that documents / research reports are well organized and easily retrievable, available on demand.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in BM and English, both oral and written.

  • Has strong analytical skills, with the ability to source and synthesize information to produce various reports for the Management and the clients;

  • Must be creative, resourceful and have attention to detail;

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

  • Preferred language(s): Chinese.
