Call Center Operators

Responsibilities :

  • Answer and attend to phone calls.

  • Attend to insured enquiries.

  • Assign provider for breakdown service assistance.

  • To gain, build and enforce insured satisfaction & loyalty.

Requirements :

  • Ability to work on shift (3 shift).

  • Pleasant voice and personality.

  • Min SPM qualification.

  • Conversant in Eng & BM and an additional language / dialect is an advantage.

Added Advantage :
  • Previous working experience in any call center.
