- Answer and attend to phone calls.
- Attend to insured enquiries.
- Assign provider for breakdown service assistance.
- To gain, build and enforce insured satisfaction & loyalty.
- Ability to work on shift (3 shift).
- Pleasant voice and personality.
- Min SPM qualification.
- Conversant in Eng & BM and an additional language / dialect is an advantage.
- Previous working experience in any call center.
