Purchase and Admin Executive

Responsibilities: (S'gor-Puchong)

  • Local and overseas purchase.
  • Liaise with stores and production planning personnel regarding material requirements.
  • Source, negotiate on price and perform delivery management for incoming material.
  • Monitor order status and follow-up with internal and external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
  • Conduct performance evaluation on supplier/responsible for supplier performance in all quality aspects. E.g. product, service & support and on-time delivery.
  • Assist in cost reduction activities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks when required.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good local and overseas knowledge of materials sourcing/freight/transportation management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good written & verbal command of English & Mandarin.
  • Must have very strong organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated and proactive working attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure, efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Possess on own transport.
