Purchase and Admin Executive
- Local and overseas purchase.
- Liaise with stores and production planning personnel regarding material requirements.
- Source, negotiate on price and perform delivery management for incoming material.
- Monitor order status and follow-up with internal and external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
- Conduct performance evaluation on supplier/responsible for supplier performance in all quality aspects. E.g. product, service & support and on-time delivery.
- Assist in cost reduction activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks when required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good local and overseas knowledge of materials sourcing/freight/transportation management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good written & verbal command of English & Mandarin.
- Must have very strong organizational and problem solving skills.
- Independent, self-motivated and proactive working attitude.
- Able to work under pressure, efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Possess on own transport.
