Account Executive / Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To handle monthly management accounts for subsidiary companies for timely submission
  • To handle cash flow management, bank reconciliation, banking facilities, petty cash, profit & loss, balance sheet, GL and etc.
  • To monitor on debtors collection, AP & AR and daily operating support
  • To compute monthly sales commission and ensure timely submission
  • To coordinate and handle other accounting related matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum LCCI with 1-2 years of accounting experience in trading / commercial environment
  • With experience in handling full set accounts
  • Computer literature (MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English
