Responsibilities:

  • To oversee all aspect of restaurant operations including sales review, cost control, customer relations, production, human resources and inventory management.
  • Able to lead, train, motivate and manage restaurant team in delivering best service.
  • To ensure guest satisfaction by providing the highest level of hospitality and product quality.

Requirements:

  • Preferably Diploma / Degree holder in Food & Beverage / Hotel Management or related discipline. ( Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager )
  • Preferably Certificate holder in Food & Beverage / Hotel Management or related discipline. ( Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor )
  • At least Three (3) years of experience in related field. (Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager)
  • At least two (2) years of Experience in related field. ( Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor)
  • Self motivated, cheerful disposition and dynamic personality.
  • A team player with good initiative and excellent leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia with ability to communicate with all level of staff.
  • Candidates who do not have the academic qualifications but possess at least 8 years relevant work experience may apply
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Klang valley
  • Preferable managers / supervisor specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service / Catering or equivalent.
