-Office Administrator(Finance)-

Responsibilities:

  • Suppot Finance department in document preparation/update for audit work purpose
  • Oppportunity to involved in company ERP software for PO creation and invoice issuing & tracking.
  • Monthly invoice preparartion.
  • Account preparation and month end closing.
  • Follow up on collection from customer.
  • Training will be provided.

Requirements:

  • Candidate with Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any business field or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Ms Excel,UBS Accounting,Microsoft Outlook.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas,Penang.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
