- Build insurance business with respect to prospecting, customers' needs identification, profiling, recommendation of insurance solutions to closing insurance sale.
- Review customers' insurance programs at agreed intervals and assess customers' types of insurance cover and gap analysis.
- Recommend appropriate solutions to gaps identified-products and level of sum assured.
- Profile customers and assess risk category.
- Increase customer database penetration by cross-selling insurance products.
- Proactively seek NTB insurance customer through networking and local prospecting activities.
- Age 28-35 years
- Degree holder (preferably in area of Finance, Marketing and B. Admin) or its equivalent
- Degree holder/CFP/PCE/CEILI
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and committed, with a desire to achieve goals and targets
- Ability to set and maintain high standards of professionalism, work ethics and team spirit
