  • Build insurance business with respect to prospecting, customers' needs identification, profiling, recommendation of insurance solutions to closing insurance sale.
  • Review customers' insurance programs at agreed intervals and assess customers' types of insurance cover and gap analysis.
  • Recommend appropriate solutions to gaps identified-products and level of sum assured.
  • Profile customers and assess risk category.
  • Increase customer database penetration by cross-selling insurance products.
  • Proactively seek NTB insurance customer through networking and local prospecting activities.


  • Age 28-35 years
  • Degree holder (preferably in area of Finance, Marketing and B. Admin) or its equivalent
  • Degree holder/CFP/PCE/CEILI
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and committed, with a desire to achieve goals and targets
  • Ability to set and maintain high standards of professionalism, work ethics and team spirit
