  • Provide project coordination and business development support to the Group Managing Director and famiiliar with the building industry

  • In-charge of Project Registry and Business Development Registry

  • Act as a confidential assistant in handling the Group Managing Director¡¦s personal matters.

  • Plan, schedule and handles all appointments and organize all meeting arrangements

  • Maintain the filling system and ensure that report deadlines are met

  • Coordinate reservation of tickets, transportations and accommodation (both local & overseas)

  • Maintain secrecy of information assessed through confidential reports, papers, correspondences and conversation

  • Perform any other tasks as and when required by the Group Managing Director

  • Independent, resourceful and pro-active

  • Matured and able to work with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines

  • Must be PC literate with excellent skills in Microsoft Office

  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree with good business working experience. Candidates without relevant qualifications but with the relevant working experience may be considered.

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with sound knowledge of corporate administration

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communcaite well at all levels
