-CUSTOMER SERVICES (Assistant Manager / Executive)-

Responsibilities :

  • To manage a team of customer service executives for the development of new client relationships, as well as maintain existing clients.

  • To support Customer Service Operations for the Regional Offices.


Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, or Degree in related discipline;

  • Minimum 3 years working experience (for Assistant Manager position) and at least 1 year working experience (for Executive position) in customer services. Experience in telecommunication industry will be an added advantage.

  • Must have strong command of written and spoken English. Ability to converse in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be an added advantage.

  • Pleasant tone of voice and good disposition with a positive working attitude;

  • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership qualities (for Assistant Manager position);

  • Ability to work in a challenging environment;
