- Daily general accounting and administration matters.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (Credit Control).
- To ensure completeness of supporting documents.
- Update vendor invoices.
- Cheques issuing (monthly & ad-hoc basis).
- Proper filing of documents.
- Inventory maintenance.
- Compilation of any ad-hoc or project report.
- Min LCCI Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to handle full set of Accounts with min 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of Administration will be an added advantage.
- Metiiculous & organized, good with figures and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- A team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate, good in Excel and Words.
