- Provide confidential secretarial duties and overall office administration support to the Director.
- Handling and organize daily routine for Director, screening and attending telephone communication, schedule and coordinate meetings and appointment, maintain calender, making travel arrangement.
- Assist Director in handling the day to day administrative and operational matters regards to signatures, distributions and official correspondences, memorandum, agenda and minutes of meeting.
- Responsible for researches and summarizes information, perform basic information gathering and analysis and write papers for ad-hoc assigment and when required.
- Handling Director personal matters.
- To assist / represent Board of Director attend function and meeting.
- Min. Diploma in PSC or equivalent with 3 years of working experience.
- PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and the use of Internet.
- Good command of spoken & written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Pleasant personality, resourceful, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communicated skills and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
