- Executive, Training

Responsibilities :

  • To conduct training programs in areas of Sales, Customer Service, Management and the likes

  • To facilitate training administration for the Group and assisting the Training and Human Development Manager in administering training and development policies and procedures

Requirements :

  • Preferably 26 - 30 years old

  • Degree in Human Resource Management/Development/Business Administration or its equivalent

  • 4 - 5 years relevant working experience in similar capacity with minimum 2 years experience in training and development

  • Must be self-motivated, aggressive and dynamic and able to work independently in a fast growing environment with minimum supervision

  • Possess excellant presentation and coordination skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

  • Excellent spoken and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
