- Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities :

  • Provide marketing support & training to internal and external business units.

  • Able to attend to customer queries / requests / complaints tactfully and professionally.

  • Possess pleasant personality, good telephone eliquette and communication skills.


Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Presentable, good communication and writing skills.

  • Strong in commercial awareness of related product market and understand the need to continually expand the range of products sold to your customers.

  • Applicants must be willing to travel.
