- Assistant Manager

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in the human resource and administration field peferable with experience in the property development and construction industry.
  • Proficient in current Employment Act (EA), Industrial Relations (IR) and Human Resources & Administration practices.
  • People-oriented with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of workforce and possess confidence when dealing with internal or external parties.
  • Excellent leadership skills, strong administration skill, resourceful and process oriented.
  • Meticulous, self-driven and able to execute daily operation exercises independently
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.
